Registration Day Announced

for 2007-08 Scouting Year

Scouter Greg (our Group Commissioner) welcomes back all beavers, cubs, scouts, and leaders for another fun year.

We hope that you will invite a friend to join. September should see the start of activities with registration, leader meetings and activities to gather everyone back together. October will be our Bring a Friend month.

Registration Day

Scout Groups in St. Albert will be co-hosting a "Registration Day" for youth and leaders:

• Place: St. Albert Centre
• Date: Saturday, September 8th, 2007
• Time: 10:00 am to 3:30 pm

There will be information table to direct parents to the correct table to register with their respective Group. All you need to bring is your cheque book and unused Group Scout Bucks. We will have blank application forms. This is an important event as we cannot hold regularly scheduled activities until youth and leaders are registered.

And ... while parents are completing application forms, there will also be an air jump attraction for the youth to play in.

Please pass this information on to any parents with you who may be interested in joining. We'll be prepared to answer any questions that prospective parents may have.

2007-08 Fees

Fees for 2007-08 are:

• Youth - $160
• Leaders & Parent Volunteers - $0 (fees are paid by Council)
• Family (3 or more youht) - $370
