The Group Committee is asking for a parent to volunteer to serve as the Group Committee Secretary.

This position requires approximately 3 to 4 hours per month and involves attending the monthly Group Committee Meeting, taking notes, and producing the meeting minutes and agendas.

The Group Committee Secreatry may also be asked to assist the Group Commissioner, Administrator and/or Registrar with preparing correspondance.

Please note that applicants will be required to complete an application for Scouts Canada as a "Parent Volunteer" and submit to a Police Records Check.
