Here are the job descriptions of the volunteer positions throughout the Group:
- Section Scouter - the senior Scouter in each Section usually acts as the senior leader of the Section.
- Beaver Leader - the typical duties of a Beaver leader.
- Cub Leader - the typical duties of a Cub leader.
- Scout Leader - the typical duties of a Scout leader.
- Venturer Advisor - the typical duties of a Venturer Advisor.
- Rover Advisor - the typical duties of a Rover Advisor.
- Group Commissioner - the Group Commissioner is recognized as the principle point of contact for the Group and assumes the leadership of the Group Committee.
- Group Administrator - the Group Administrator effectively administer the non-program activities that are related to the business component and the well being of the Group as directed by the Group Commissioner.
- Group Registrar - the Group Registrar is responsible for developing the annual youth recruitment plan and for ensuring that youth and adults are registered promptly in Scouts Canada's Membership Management System.
- Group Treasurer - the Group Treasurer is responsible for the financial management of Group funds and encourages and supports participation in all of Scouts Canada's official fundraisers.
- Group Secretary - the Group Secretary is responsible for effectively recording and maintaining minutes as well as compose other correspondence as required by the Group Committee.
- Group Quartermaster - the Group Quartermaster is responsible for the effective management of Group outdoor equipment.
- Group Webmaster - the Group Webmaster is responsible for the effective operation of the Group website.
