Group Committee Regular Meetings

Regular meetings have been re-scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month at the Save on Foods (North) meeting room (unless otherwise indicated). There may be few exceptions. Here is the list of regular meetings for the 2007-2008 year:

Reporting Deadlines

This is the list of Section and Group Committee reporting deadlines:

• August 15, 2007 - Early registrations and payments are due to the Group Registrar
  
  
• August 30, 2007 - preferred due date for Section budgets and outline activity plans for 2007-08 to the Group Commissioner
  
  
• August 30, 2007 - Group Registrar must finish submitting early registrations to NLC and into Scouts MMS
  
  
• September 5, 2007 - Section budgets and outline activity plans for 2007-08 are due to the Group Commissioner
  
  
• September 15, 2007 - Section Annual Returns for 2006-07 are due to Group Administrator
  
  
• September 30, 2007 - Group Annual Return for 2006-07 and Group Charter Renewal are due to NLC
