2008-09 Group Committee Regular Meetings

Regular meetings have been re-scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month at the Save on Foods (North) meeting room (unless otherwise indicated). There may be few exceptions. Here is the list of regular meetings for the 2007-2008 year:

Reporting Deadlines

This is the list of Section and Group Committee reporting deadlines:

• August 15, 2008 - Early registrations and payments are due to the Group Registrar
  
  
• August 29, 2008 - preferred due date for Section budgets and outline activity plans for 2008-09 to the Group Commissioner
  
  
• August 29, 2008 - Group Registrar must finish submitting early registrations to NLC and into Scouts MMS
  
  
• September 30, 2008 - Section budgets and outline activity plans for 2008-09 are due to the Group Commissioner
  
  
• September 30, 2008 - Group Annual Return for 2007-08 and Group Charter Renewal for 2008-09 are due to NLC
  
  
• September 30, 2008 - Group Registrar must finish submitting 2008-09 regular youth and adult registrations to NLC and into Scouts MMS.
